At Curtarra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom window treatments. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a seamless resolution.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the items to begin the return or exchange process.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our warehouse.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your curtains in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement panels within 5-7 business days.
