We provide a comprehensive measurement guide on each product page. Simply measure the width of your rod or track and the desired height from the top to where you want the fabric to end. We recommend adding 2-3 inches for a fuller look.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for custom orders?
Since each piece is handcrafted to your specific dimensions, production typically takes 7-10 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I request fabric samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering our fabric swatch kits. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and light-filtering properties of the material in your own home lighting before committing to a custom size.
What is your return policy for custom-made products?
Because custom curtains are made to your exact specifications, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please contact our support team within 14 days if you encounter any issues.
Are your curtains machine washable?
Care instructions vary by fabric type. While some of our linen blends are machine washable on a delicate cycle, we recommend professional dry cleaning for our velvet and blackout-lined products to maintain their shape and longevity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Curtarra ships to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
