E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

• Delivery: E-gift cards are delivered by email to the address specified by the purchaser. Delivery of the e-gift card to the correct email address constitutes full fulfillment of the order. Curtarra is not responsible for e-gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.

• Non-Refundable: All e-gift card purchases are final. E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

• Not Redeemable for Cash: The value on this e-gift card can only be used to purchase merchandise and services from Curtarra.

• Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use: Please treat this e-gift card and its code like cash. We are not responsible for e-gift cards that are lost, deleted, stolen, or used without permission after they have been successfully delivered to the recipient's email address. The value will not be replaced.

• Expiration: This e-gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance will not be refunded upon expiration.

• Governing Law: All terms and conditions associated with this e-gift card are subject to change and are void where prohibited by law. In case of a conflict between these terms and applicable law, the applicable law will govern.
